We want you and your bridal party to be absolutely thrilled with your gowns. If your dresses are not perfectly suitable for any reason, you are warmly welcome to return your order for a refund within 7 days of receiving it.
Condition of Return
To be eligible for a refund, all gowns must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and un-altered, with all original labels and tags perfectly intact.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your beautiful returned items, your refund will be promptly processed back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
